Bootcamp Workout

Here is a sample workout I would do with my BC class.

800 meter run every 200 meters do 10 jumping jacks 10 push ups 10 squats.

partner up and do 3 sets of 50 situps each.

walking lunge about 30 steps then 10 push ups repeat for 3 rounds

partner up again find some thing to press ( ammo can filled with sand, kettlebell, rock or cinder block whatever you have) alternate shoulder presses going for 30 sec as fast as you can. perform 4 sets.

finish with 30 sec push ups and 30 sec crunches 4 rounds of each.
