About Me

I am a kettlebell, bootcamp instructor and personal trainer. I have 10 years experiance in the health and fitness industry. Over the last 3 years i have completly changed my thoughts on fitness and what that word really means. When I first started training I thought bodybuilding, isolation movements  and the latest and greatest gimmicks were the way to become what I thought “fit” was. I began to relize isolation movements and big bulky unfunctional muscles were useless in the world of functional fitness. I now beleive  the body is a tool for greater purpose, not just the end result of your training. Therefore, training is the means to an increase the quality of life through movement. Whether through lifting heavy objects of all shapes and sizes or finding new ways to move the body by itself,  strengthening the spirit through pushing the limits of the body.
